On March 14, CIB announced the awardees with the CIB Vistas funding (CIB Vistas Fund Programme). CERIS researcher Ana Silva is part of the recipient team that proposed to develop an interdisciplinary summer school on “AI for Construction and Project Management”. Besides Instituto Superior Técnico, the research team includes investigators from Politecnico di Milano and the University of Florida.
Ania Khodabakhshian (application leader, from Politecnico di Milano) said “As visionary researchers, it is our calling to impart the knowledge we have acquired through diligent research back to our community, aiming to cultivate a more efficient and sustainable industry. I am both honoured and delighted that, thanks to the CIB Vistas fund, our vision and aspirations are set to become reality”.
