DESCRIPTION:The HY4RES Project is pleased to invite interested stakeholders to its Open Day & Workshop\, taking place on 25 June. \nThis event offers a unique opportunity to visit the Moinho do Salto Energy Community pilot site (Casa do Salto\, Paredes)\, where the HY4RES project will showcase its latest advancements\, technical developments\, and innovative solutions. Participants will gain insights into cutting-edge renewable energy integration and hear directly from experts involved in the project. \n📅 Programme \n11:30 | Arrival at the Pilot Site\n📍 Moinho do Salto Energy Community (Casa do Salto\, Paredes) \n11:30 – 13:00 | Site Visit & Expert Presentations \nSpeakers \n\nHelena Ramos (IST)\nIgnac Gazur (IGE)\nFrancisco Piqueiro (FE)\n\nTopics \n\nProject conception and optimization studies\nBuilding\, civil\, and electromechanical engineering\nRenewable energy integration\n360° Virtual Reality visualization of the site\n\nDuring the visit\, the speakers will present key project milestones and discuss the conception\, design\, construction\, and operation of the pilot site\, highlighting the technological innovations developed within HY4RES. \nThe event also provides an excellent opportunity for networking and knowledge exchange with experts working on sustainable energy solutions. \n📩 Registration \nParticipation should be confirmed by 22 June via email to hramos.ist@gmail.com. \nThe HY4RES consortium looks forward to welcoming all participants.

DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce a PhD Symposium on Innovation for Sustainable Construction\, organised within the framework of the EUTOPIA University Alliance\, under the Innovations for Sustainable Construction (I4SC) Connected Community\, and CERIS research unit. \nThis symposium will bring together PhD candidates and renown researchers working on cutting-edge solutions to advance sustainability in the construction sector.
