Mateus de Assunção Hofmann
Civil Engineer from the Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense (UNESC). Master in Civil Engineering in the area of structures by the Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Civil (PPGEC) of the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). Participated in research groups in: Experimental Analysis of Structures (UNESC), Research Group on Non-Destructive Testing and Analysis and Experimentation of Structures (both at UFSC). He acted as Professor in Civil Engineering and Architecture courses at Centro Universitário Facvest (Unifacvest). He is currently a PhD Student in Civil Engineering at the Instituto Superior Técnico of the Universidade de Lisboa and a member of the Composites Research Group (CORE Group), with researches related to the use of sustainable resins in the manufacture of structural bio-composites for Civil Engineering applications.
